The Rossland Winter Carnival Society will be hosting the 116th Rossland Winter Carnival on January 24 27 2013. This event is a regional celebration of winter combining a series of athletic and cultural events appealing to all ages and interests. The events will take place in Rossland at the Red Mountain Resort. CBT funds will be used towards the costs associated with this project.
