Provide funds for the Association of Kootenay Boundary Local Government Conference which is attended by more than 200 locally elected officials and senior staff. The conference will take place at the Prestige Lakeside Resort in Nelson and will include a golf tournament and an entertainment gala outside of the conference schedule for attendees and their spouses. During this event Columbia Basin Trust will have an opportunity to promote its programs and resources. Also CBT staff will have a chance to meet directly with Basin mayors councillors and regional district directors to learn the major issues in their communities.
