Each year a group of BC Book Prize nominated authors and their books tour communities throughout BC. They deliver readings or presentations at schools libraries museums and bookstores bringing the BC Book Prizes and BC literature to children youth and adults in big cities and small towns all over the province. CBT believes in the importance of sharing the importance of reading writing and the value of BC literature. CBT committed $2 500 to this project to be used to present BC Book Prize nominated authors and their books in elementary schools high schools libraries museums and bookstores in Nelson Castlegar Creston Cranbrook Sparwood Elkford Fernie and nearby communities.
