Invermere Public Library is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2013 with an open house on June 5 2013 (cake and refreshments) its "golden" adopt a book campaign a celebratory dinner on June 9 2013 at the historic CPR Lodge and special emphasis will be placed on its participation in the Canada Day parade on July 1 2013. CBT funds will be used toward costs associated with hosting this event.
