The Kootenay Livestock Association will develop a proposal to address Crown rangeland issues such as water development fences and a wide range of wildlife and ecosystems that support them. The proposal will describe the development of a fund including eligible projects application and adjudication criteria in collaboration with local Crown range agreement holders government agencies and other stakeholders. CBT's funds will be used towards the costs associated with the development of the proposal.
