The Association of Kootenay Boundary Local Governments will be hosting the AKBLG Elected and Appointed Officials Training from November 29th December 1st 2011 in Rossland at the Prestige Mountain Resort. About 150 elected and appointed officials are expected to attend this training session that will cover governance of local governments and provide delegates with basic leadership tools for governing effectively. CBT funds will be used to sponsor the evening banquet for the delegates.
