Columbia Basin Trust funds will be used to host a backcountry film festival for all ages featuring films by grassroots filmmakers of backcountry non motorized recreation and environmental preservation. The Backcountry Film Festival is being held in Rossland on February 28 2010 and will raise awareness and encourage enjoyment of the backcountry in a safe manner.
