The Perry Ridge Water Users Association will be hosting a BC Rivers Day Celebration on September 30 2012. This will be a full day celebration with a salmon luncheon for the attendees a documentary film a photo gallery display of the river and a reputable keynote speaker about rivers and the role they play in our community. Participants will include the Slocan Valley Watershed Alliance and the residents of the Slocan Valley. CBT funds will be used towards the costs associated with this event.
