The Trail Family and Individual Resource Centre Society will be engaging in public education and encouraging activities and programs which foster a "harm reduction" approach to the use of illicit substances. This public event will take place in the Greater Trail area on October 8 9 2013 and a presentation will be made to the students and staff at Selkirk College in Castlegar on October 9 2013. CBT funds will be used toward the costs associated with this event.
