Expand existing facilities at the Black Jack Cross Country Ski Club (BJSC) in Rossland which consists of four components: trail upgrades and construction expansion of the trail head cabin track lighting construction of a biathlon range This expansion will encourage more tourism and recreation in the local community and help diversify the area's economy.
