Provide funds to assist with guest speaker Bill Usher's expenses to the BOOM! FORUM conference. The BOOM! FORUM is a weekend conference September 11 to 14 accompanying the BOOM! Exhibition September 5 to 25 in Nelson. The project brings together planners citizens social activists artists and architects to address the affect of growth and development in Nelson and the Kootenays.
