The Kootenay Native Plant Society is hosting the third annual Camas Discovery Day on May 2 2015 in Millennium Park in Castlegar BC. This is an important awareness event educating community members including First Nations on the high ecological and cultural significance of the camas lilies growing within Millennium Park and in the region.
