Columbia Basin Trust is supporting the City of Castlegar's costs associated with furthering the development of Castlegar's Creative Economy. The project goals and objectives are specifically to continue to support and enhance the Castlegar Sculpturewalk Initiative as the primary means of developing a sustainable creative economy.
