Columbia Basin Trust funds would be used to facilitate the following: Consensus agreement on concept to pursue a sculpture walk and sculpture symposium in 2010 and 2011; Develop a mission statement and a set of goals; Develop roles and responsibilities within a defined project plan to submit to potential funders; Develop partner gaps and skill set gaps to leverage the project funding opportunities.
