Meadowbrook Community Association wishes to purchase a 188 hectare mineral tenure that surrounds Cherry Creek Falls the major natural attraction in Meadowbrook approximately 10 km from Kimberley. The Regional District of East Kootenay has agreed it will then create a day use only regional park on a portion of the tenure.
