This project will provide flood and hazardous area engineering expertise for the "CACCI - Climate Resilient Local Government Policies" project which will provide guidance for local governments in the Columbia Basin on the integration of climate adaptation considerations into official community plan (OCP) and development permit area (DPA) provisions. A consultant will be hired to provide support to the legal advisor.
