Canadian Mental Health Association for the Kootenays will improve the livability and quality of existing affordable rental housing units for seniors at Silver City Gardens in Trail, Anderson Gardens in Nelson, Rosewood Manor in Castlegar and Mountain View Village in Cranbrook.
