The Columbia River Basin 2014 Conference is an international conference to take place in Spokane WA Oct 21-23 that will explore the future of the Columbia River. The conference is hosted by Columbia Basin Trust and the Northwest Power and Conservation Council and made possible by several generous sponsors from both Canada and the US.
