CBT is committed to working with Basin Residents to increase their awareness and understanding of the Columbia River Treaty (CRT) and to ensure that processes and opportunities are created to engage Basin Residents in a meaningful way. CBT will design and develop engagement and education tools and events that are relevant meaningful and meet the unique needs of Basin Residents. CBT will produce a video that will summarize and simplify the key CRT documents and information as an introduction to the CRT for the general public
