Columbia Basin Trust will produce a series of short videos that will provide an overview of Columbia River Treaty(CRT) history structure and content and future options for the general public. In 2011 CBT will provide funds to support the design and production of a short video that will provide a brief and simple overview of the structure and content of the CRT.
