The Columbia Valley (from Spillimacheen to Canal Flats) will develop and / or approve community based projects that align with achieving the valley's collectively determined priorities. In order to further its work in initiating or addressing projects linked to these priorities CBT will provide the Columbia Valley (via the RDEK) funds on an annual basis for three years. A Steering Committee will coordinate the processes of priority planning and allocation of project funds and will ensure appropriate monitoring evaluation and reporting occurs. ADR Education will be providing facilitation services in the short term to assist in the design and facilitation of a strategic planning session for the Steering Committee.
