The City of Castlegar designed & delivered a 2 day workshop November 8/9 2012 in Castlegar for the benefit of all Basin Communities involved in Communities Adapting to Climate Change Phase 3 that supported local government staff and decision makers to develop their capacity to assess and address the vulnerabilities of local infrastructure due to climate change using a protocol developed by Engineers Canada's Public Infrastructure Engineering Vulnerability Committee (PIEVC).
