The Groundswell Network Society intends to develop a community garden on the lands surrounding the Columbia Valley's flagship Community Greenhouse. An 8' deer proof fence will enclose a landscaped area where residents can rent garden boxes take courses on different aspects of organic gardening and learn about sustainable practices such as composting and water conservation.
