The purpose of this project is to support the costs associated with holding a conference organized by the Columbia Mountains Institute of Applied Ecology that will focus on the environmental impacts created by resource roads at a landscape level. The conference will discuss the necessity to further explore management strategies that address the cumulative effects of road development and access in southeastern BC.
