Develop a comprehensive business plan that reports the finding of activities and a completed business study that assesses the following in regards to the outline to be followed by Cranbrook Society for Community Living Proposed Long Term Strategic Plan for the facility and service. The agency has outgrown its current space and this project assists in the development of additional space more suited to its needs.
