CBT and the East Kootenay Conservation Program (EKCP) enter into this agreement to provide resources to support EKCP's costs associated with the EKCP Program Manager position in the Kootenay Area from 2010 to 2013. Formed in 2002 the East Kootenay Conservation Program is a partnership of 51 conservation industry and government organizations dedicated to conserving natural areas for the residents of the Canadian Columbia Basin. The organization has five components a Steering Committee a Securement Committee a Stewardship Committee a Chair Vice Chair and Past Chair and a Program Manager.
