The purpose of this project is to undertake a viability analysis and develop a business plan for the concept of a network or cooperative of ecotourism operators focused on fostering opportunities for growth in the ecotourism industry. The proponent wishes to determine the "who what wwhy where when and how" of the network and address the needs and opporunities identified during the initial workshop series.
