The District of Elkford will be constructing a training facility with confined spaces and high angle rope rescue capacity. Ancillary to this project will be the development of a paved training surface including helicopter landing facilities and a fire engine with storage facilities for the engine. CBT funds will be used towards the costs associated with the construction.
