The Gateway project requires a facilitator to engage in community and group consultations with interested parties as well as assist in the development of a comprehensive vision and plan for the Gateway project. This plan will be used by the Gateway partners in order to engage with community partners and government instruct architects and designers and apply for funding for the Gateway Centre. CBT funds will be used towards the costs associated with this project.
