The Fifth International Transboundary Columbia River Conference will be jointly hosted by Northwest Power & Conservation Council (NPCC)and CBT. The event will convene in Spokane WA for 2 and a half days in Fall 2014. CBTand NPCC will jointly support the costs associated with a coordinator for this event.
