Friends of Kootenay Lake (FOKL) is a partnership between Wildsight the West Kootenay EcoSociety and the Kootenay Lake Partnership. Building on a successful first year of program development FOKL engages community members and stakeholder organizations around Kootenay Lake as stewards of the lake's water quality and fish and wildlife habitat.
