The Glade Recreation Society will be hosting the Glade 100 Year Celebration on July 29 31 2011. Facilities will be made available for campers and visitor parking at the event. Russian and concession food will be sold throughout the weekend. Local crafts people will be able to demonstrate and sell their merchandise. Local musicians will also be playing during the entire event. Games sports and children activities will be organized along with Glade walkabouts and an audio/visual presentation of the community history. CBT funds will be used towards the costs associated with this event.
