The Golden District Arts Council will be hosting the Golden Snow King's Masque Parade on February 19 2011 at Spirit Square. Prior to the event there will be a planning session with the volunteers in December 2010 followed by assorted workshop sessions on lantern making costume making masque making etc in January February 2011. CBT funds will be used towards the costs associated with the event.
