Kicking Horse Culture Golden District Arts Council will be hosting Golden's Snow King's Masque Parade and Arts Activities beginning in January 2018 culminating in February, 2018 at the Snow King's Play House and Spirit Square in Golden. This event involves community arts activities and workshops culminating in a weekend outdoor festival free to all participants.
