The Trust funds will be used towards the costs to purchase conversion software kits to allow the College of the Rockies to offer heavy equipment training to additional industries outside of mining. The mobile simulator will also be enhanced to provide training opportunities in rural and remote areas of the Basin for heavy industry jobs in addition to surface mining.
