Three Search and Rescue volunteer groups (Golden and District Search and Rescue Revelstoke Search and Rescue and Kootenay Heli Rescue based in Nelson) received funds to purchase new Helicopter External Transport Systems that will allow the teams to continue providing this safety service across the Basin.
