The City of Nelson will be creating a program that will encourage homeowners and businesses to take advantage of free energy audits access energy rebate programs and access on bill financing to assist with making upgrades that will significantly reduce energy costs and Green House Gas emissions. CBT funds will be used towards the costs associated with this project.
