Castlegar and District Community Services will deliver support services aimed at preventing homelessness and supporting, accessing and retaining housing for those at risk of experiencing homelessness in Castlegar. This program also aims to identify and begin addressing issues that contribute to housing instability and homelessness in Castlegar.
