Trail Family and Individual Resource Society will develop and implement an Interagency Community Team (ICAT) in the Greater Trail area that will bring trained service providers together to engage in a collaborative approach to assess the risk of serious bodily harm or death to victims of domestic/intimate violence and then provide and enhanced safety and support system to the victim and proactive interventions to the alleged offender.
