Keep the Beat Nelson is a ten hour music festival held at Nelson's Lakeside Park being held on July 27th 2011. The festival is organized by local activists who are raising awareness and funds for War Child Canada. The event is organized by youth is free to the public features local musicians and attracts over 1 000 local participants.
