The Trail FAIR Society will be undertaking a study to determine the feasibility of establishing a residential life skills support program for parents at risk of losing their children to the Ministry of Child and Family Development (MCFD) foster care system. The feasibility study will include a thorough examination of appropriate project timing all development start-up and operational costs revenue sources real estate options and locations and potential referral and funding partners. CBT funds will be used towards the costs associated with the completion of this feasibility study and some project start-up costs.
