The Kimberley Arts Council will hire a design firm to complete a conceptual design and class D cost estimates for an outdoor community gathering space with performance stage and landscaping on the empty lots between Deer Park Avenue and Wallinger Avenue adjacent to Centre 64 in Kimberley.
