This project supports distribution and abundance studies of burbot within the Koocanusa Reservoir. Studies are already underway throughout the US portion of the reservoir but little is known on the Canadian side. This project would mirror research being conducted on the US portion of Koocanusa in a collaborative manner to build a more comprehensive understanding of the burbot population in both US and Canadian sections of the reservoir.
