CBT and Tobacco Plains Indian Band enter into this agreement to provide resources to support the Koocanusa Reservoir Winter Creel Survey. This project will provide fishing effort and catch information for the targeted winter burbot fishery between Kikomun Creek and the Canada - USA border during the winter of 2010/11.
