Kootenay Doukhobor Historical Society will complete energy retrofits at the Audio-Visual and Annex buildings at the Doukhobor Discovery Centre located at 112 Heritage Way in Castlegar to increase their energy efficiency and reduce their greenhouse gas emissions.
