The Kootenay Kids Train is a very successful local group that allows for free rides on a gas powered train at events throughout the East Kootenay. Through funding this project CBT will be able to partner with Columbia Power to provide the funds required for 10 East Kootenay community events. The train is completely run and maintained by volunteers.
