The Kootenay Regional 4-H Council will be hosting the Annual Kootenay Regional 4-H Rally at Fort Steele Historical Park on May 2 2015. This event is a regional gathering of 4-H clubs from Creston to Elkford to showcase the 4-H members oral presentation skills and to demonstrate their successes with crafts displays and animal showcase.
