The Kootenay Rockies Tourism Association will be hosting the Kootenay Rockies Tourism Industry Conference on October 18 2012 at the Kimberley Conference & Athlete Training Centre. This is the region's annual premier industry event. Over one hundred industry professionals throughout the region will gather to engage in learning sharing networking and to show support for the regional tourism industry. CBT funds will be used towards the costs associated with this event.
