Leadership BC seeks to develop community leaders in the Province of BC to assume roles of responsibility in shaping the future of their communities. The program is designed to inform educate and sensitize existing and emerging leaders to community infrastructure key issues and opportunities and to encourage involvement in affecting positive change in the community and the Province of BC.
