As part of the October 2011 Library Month activities the Rocky Mountain Local Government Management Association is partnering with the Fernie Heritage Library to bring in a guest author. The theme for this year is 'Your Library A place unbound' and the speaker Mr. Karsten Heuer will host a community event. CBT funds will be used towards the costs associated to this project.
